For the 2025 edition of Marca by Bologna Fiere,, Vandemoortele chose TravelDesk to design and deliver a stand capable of combining hospitality, design, and exhibition strategy. The objective was to offer buyers from major large-scale retail chains an environment that would enhance the brand and facilitate business opportunities.

TravelDesk managed the entire logistical and organizational process, creating a 96 sqm stand with a modern and functional design, conceived as a meeting space where the product range could be showcased while also telling the story of the Group’s evolution. The event also marked the first joint presence of Vandemoortele and the newly acquired Acquaviva Group, highlighting the company’s positioning not only as a supplier to large-scale retail, but as a strategic and consultative partner.

Thanks to a carefully designed layout, optimal use of space, and strong creative alignment with the brand concept, the stand became a key point of reference for buyers and stakeholders during the two-day trade show, supporting Vandemoortele in relaunching its brand experience and strengthening its business relationships.
